Flexible ways to put AI to work.

Start with an assessment, jump straight to a build, or bring me on as your part-time AI lead. Every engagement is scoped to your business, and every one starts with a free conversation.

01

AI Opportunity Assessment

Fixed scope · about 1 to 2 weeks

The best place to start. I learn how your business runs, from the phone ringing to the invoice getting paid, and find where AI can save the most time and money.

  • Interviews with you and key staff
  • A map of your workflows and bottlenecks
  • Ranked opportunities with expected payoff and effort
  • A practical 90-day plan, including tool recommendations
02

Build Sprint

Fixed scope · typically 2 to 6 weeks

Pick one high-value opportunity and get a working solution into your team's hands. That could be a document automation, a quoting assistant, an intake bot or a custom internal tool.

  • A working tool, not a slide deck
  • Connected to the systems you already use
  • Training for the people who'll use it
  • Clear measures to show whether it's paying off
03

Fractional AI Lead

Monthly retainer

Ongoing, part-time AI leadership without a full-time executive salary. I own the roadmap, manage vendors and builds, and keep the momentum going month after month.

  • A standing AI roadmap tied to business goals
  • Vendor and tool evaluation so you don't overbuy
  • Ongoing builds and improvements
  • Regular check-ins with ownership
04

Team Workshops

Half day or full day · on-site or remote

Hands-on sessions that get owners, office staff and field leads comfortable using AI tools in their own daily work, safely and productively.

  • Tailored to your industry and tools
  • Real exercises on your own documents and tasks
  • Simple guidelines for using AI safely
  • Takeaway prompts and playbooks
05

Advisory

Hourly

Need a second opinion on an AI vendor pitch, a sanity check on a plan, or someone to talk through an idea? Book time as you need it.

  • Vendor and proposal reviews
  • Architecture and tool choices
  • Build-versus-buy decisions
  • Coaching for your internal champion

Questions

Frequently asked

How much does it cost?

It depends on the problem, which is why every engagement starts with a free conversation. I scope work to the value it should create, and I'll tell you up front if I don't think AI is worth the investment for your situation. You can work with me hourly, on a fixed-scope project or on a monthly retainer.

Do I need technical staff or a data team?

No. Most of my clients don't have an IT department. I pick tools your existing team can run, and I make sure someone on your side understands how it works before I step back.

Is my business data safe?

Data handling is part of every recommendation. I spent my career building AI around sensitive healthcare and financial data, so I use business-grade AI services that don't train on your data, and I keep access limited to what each tool actually needs.

Will AI replace my employees?

In small businesses, AI almost always takes work off people's plates rather than taking their jobs. The goal is to let your best people spend their time on customers and craft instead of data entry and chasing paperwork.

What if we've already tried AI tools and they didn't stick?

That's common, and usually it's because a tool was bought before the problem was defined. We start from the workflow and the payoff, then choose the tool, and we measure whether it's actually working.

Do you work outside Florida?

Yes. I'm based in Tarpon Springs, Florida, and work with clients anywhere, remotely or on-site as the project needs.

Pricing is scoped to your problem.

Tell me what you're trying to fix, and I'll come back with an honest recommendation and a clear quote. No pressure, no jargon.
